The emergence of David Fuller Photos has unveiled the shocking evidence of a necrophiliac killer’s gruesome crimes.

In 1987, Wendy Knell, 25, and Caroline Pierce, 20, were brutally murdered and s*xually assaulted by David Fuller, a hospital electrician who worked at the same hospitals where their bodies were taken. 

Fuller wasn’t linked to the murders until 2020 when advancements were made in DNA science. 

During the investigation, almost 900,000 files of him s*xually abusing corpses of females aged between nine and 100 were found in his home.

Bodycam footage shows cops searching Fuller’s cramped home office in East Sussex when they stumble on some pictures. 

They find a drawer filled with USBs and floppy disks at the bottom of a wardrobe, and they would later discover they contained almost 900,000 files of him abusing bodies at the Tunbridge Wells mortuary.

Fuller’s Dark Confession

During his interview with detectives, Fuller claimed that he isn’t insane and that he leads a normal life going about his daily business.

He admitted to having some sort of residual personality problems, leading to two different personalities. 

Despite this, an examination of Fuller’s computer hard drive at his home revealed numerous images and videos of his abuse and evidence of his ‘persistent interest in rape, abuse, and murder of women.’

Fuller Abused Bodies of Mothers, Teachers, Nurses, and War Veterans

Fuller’s victims included nurses, teachers, pilots, skiers, war veterans, wives, and mothers who had nurtured families. 

Many were still wearing defibrillators and catheters at the time Fuller abused their bodies. Among those whose bodies were abused by Fuller was a 92-year-old Second World War hero who worked at Bletchley Park. 

Her daughter said that Fuller has ‘done the most heinous crimes, something our family must live with daily.’

Fuller Finally Admits to Murdering Knell and Pierce

In 2020, Fuller finally confessed to murdering Wendy Knell, 25, and Caroline Pierce, 20, in 1987. 

After brutally bludgeoning and strangling them to death, he s*xually assaulted them as they were either dying or post-death.

Miss Knell’s body was discovered in her bed on June 23, 1987, while Miss Pierce, who was attacked just feet from her front door on November 24, was found three weeks later wearing just a pair of tights in a field 38 miles away in Romney, Kent. 

Their horrific deaths, dubbed the Bedsit Murders, became one of the UK’s longest-unsolved double homicide cases.

DNA Evidence Links Fuller to the Murders

Fuller’s arrest only happened after a major breakthrough in DNA science identified a familial link to a relative on the national database.

DI Chantler said that ‘it’s like he’s two people in one,’ while DS David Shipley of Kent Police’s pedophile investigation team was tasked with analyzing the pictures and videos.

He said, ‘ Fuller committed every s*xual act that it’s possible to do with a human body…There wasn’t an ounce of humanity demonstrated by him at any point.’
