Paul Stastny is a Canadian professional ice hockey player with an estimated net worth of $34.8 million.
Paul Stastny started his career with the St. Louis Blues in 1993. His skills were honed further when he was given the opportunity to play for the Charminade College Preparatory School's ice hockey team.
Upon leaving high school, he joined the Blues' Tier III Junior B Hockey team. Stastny moved to Omaha and played for the River City Lancers' Tier I Junior hockey.
In 2002, he began his junior hockey career with the Lancers which he played with two seasons. Stastny attended the University of Denver and joined its hockey team, Pioneers.
Stastny eventually nodded to be include in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft which made him the second round, 44th overall pick by the Colorado Avalanche.
Stastny's stint with the Avalanche ended after the team was unable to renew his contract as free agent. He transferred to the St. Louis Blues on July 1, 2014.
